Mexico was where I first learned Spanish, specifically at the National Autonomous University of Mexico. Interacting with people from Latin America, especially “los mexicanos,” certainly added valuable experience beyond just learning the language; traditions, tourism, culture, sports, art, and cuisine became fascinating aspects as Spanish began to be learned and practiced directly.

Upon returning from Mexico in 2010, Spanish led me into the world of interpreting for various companies and events such as: Big Cola, Nusa Halmahera Mineral, Jakarta Trade Expo, or participating in the Thousand Talents Service in North Sumatra, as well as serving as a personal guide for tourists from Spain or Latin America. As a translator, other achievements include translating educational materials for Hewlett Packard, official documents (diplomas, marriage certificates, MoUs, agreements, etc.), advertising, exhibitions, films, telenovelas, reality shows, and books.
